DUE TO THE ONGOING COVID-19 PANDEMIC CERTAIN SAFETY PROTOCOLS HAVE BEEN PUT INTO PLACE AT MFSC.
THESE PROTOCOLS WILL NEED TO BE ADHERED TO BY ALL MEMBERS ON A DAILY BASIS.
INFORMATION & DOCUMENTS
Skate-Ontario Waiver Indemnity Form MUST be completed before stepping on the ice, and only needs to be filled out once. Parent/Guardian signature is required for skaters under 18yrs of age. This is now part of your online registration.
Every time members participate in MFSC programming, health screening will be done by arena staff before entering the facility. “NO” must be answered to all questions. If you answer yes to any questions you will not be permitted to participate in MFSC club activities. Name & contact number will be taken by arena staff upon entrance to the rink for contact tracing purposes.
COVID-19-Arena-Protocols-July 19/21 City of Mississauga has put in place safety protocols for their facilities, these protocols must be read and followed.
MFSC COVID-19 Policies. These protocols are MFSC’s club policies and are intended to enable safe return to sport during the COVID-19 pandemic. Every member will need to read and accept during the time of registration.
CITY OF MISSISSAUGA PROOF OF VACCINATION: As of Nov. 1st, 2021 anyone 12yrs and older entering City of Mississauga Facilities MUST provide proof of vaccination(skaters, parents/guardians, siblings of a program participant).
MFSC COVID-19 PROGRAM RESTRICTIONS
STARSKATE
Starskate sessions have no capacity at this time. All Starskate skaters must wear mask into and out of rink facilities. Masks must be worn in dressing rooms, but while on the ice training masks can be taken off. Please sanitize often and social distancing regulations have to be applied.
CANSKATE
Canskate sessions have no capacity restrictions at this time. Skaters/parents are to wear masks in the facility at all times. Parents that are watching, social distancing regulations apply. During the on ice sessions, it is optional for the skater to wear a mask. All of our coaches and program assistants will be wearing masks for the duration of all Canskate sessions.
