COVID-19 Resources

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic certain safety protocols have been put into place at MFSC.  These protocols will need to be adhered to by all members on a daily basis.

Skate-Ontario Waiver Indemnity Form  MUST be completed before stepping on the ice, and only needs to be filled out  once.  Parent/Guardian signature is required for skaters under 18yrs of age. This is now part of your online registration.

Every time members participate in MFSC programming, health screening will be done by arena staff before entering the facility.  “NO” must be answered to all questions.  If you answer yes to any questions you will not be permitted to participate in MFSC club activities.
