All Registration Forms are available for download or print under the Document Index at the top of this page. Please review the Club's Policies following below the Regsitration information, on this page. Note: Number of skaters per session is limited.
ONLINE REGISTRATION Online registration is available for all Skaters, PreCanSkate thru Adult StarSkate.
If you are a returning member and wish to register online, have your Skate Canada number ready. If you do not know your, or your child's Skate Canada number, email the club at registrar@mississaugafsc.com. Include the full name and date of birth of each member for which you are requesting a number lookup. You will need before you can commence to register online.
Locate the appropriate Registration Form/Package under the Document Index at the top of this page and click on it.
Print and complete the registration form or package. Do not forget to book your required Bingos anc check with your Coach regarding availability of lesssons, prior to registering for sessions.
Deliver completed form or package and cheque(s) in one of two ways:
Drop off in the Club’s green mailbox at Tomken Twin Arena, (just inside the door to Rink 1) or
For those who would prefer to register in person you may do so on:
Saturday, September 10, 2011 and;
Saturday, September 17, 2011
Between 9:00 and 11:00 am at Tomken Twin Arena. Registration forms will be available on-site or bring completed forms/packages with you. Registration payments and post-dated cheques (where applicable) must accompany the registration forms. Payment by Visa & MasterCard will also be accepted on this day but only between the times specified.
You may also register in person at any Canskate session (see schedule for place and times) throughout the Fall/Winter and Spring sessions. Please bring completed Registration forms (available on this website). Payment must accompany the registration, including post-dated cheques for future instalments (where applicable). Only payments by "exact cash" or cheque may be accepted at Canskate sessions.
